Concert Thoughts
First of all thank you to everyone who came. I had a great time! It’s great to share time with you. There were so many things going on in my head that I didn’t say half the things I had planned to, which is just as well, because apparently my talking was entertaining without getting boring. But I did want to share with you about my experience with the process of recording the EP. When I first began the process I had a very clear idea of exactly how it was going to be. It would take one month to record, one month to produce and would be out by October 2007. The process totally humbled me, in two ways. First by forcing me down on my knees and showing me that it was not at all going to go as planned, as it finally came out in December. The second way was by showing me that this process had greater treasures and joys in store then anything I could ever have imagined. During the beginning of the process I was so scared that my computer would get stolen or crash and all the work would be lost, but by the end of the process I had learned and enjoyed it so much, I could care less if the EP was ever completed. So what it really taught me was that the importance is the process, not the goal. That the treasure lies in the transformation that goes on within you and not a concrete physical outcome. Four of the songs on the EP can be hear on our myspace.com/soleworld page and the EP can be bought on from CDBaby.com. The video poem by Bernardo Borgeson that was shown during the concert can be seen on You Tube. Check out the pics, even Hitchcock was present! Please feel free to leave a comment about the concert…

Concert #1 – Andrés Solé
Today is my first concert as solo artist Andrés Solé and I am very much looking forward to it. It will take place in Hagabio and should be filled with surprises… It has been great playing with a band now for several years, but there is a certain freedom to standing on the stage all on your own. My picture and the concert info was in today’s paper, GP. Nice!
